Living in Weathersfield, I can say that Weathersfield first responders are very busy, and are on the spot in no time.
I am sure that Niles first responders are of equal quality, but how long will it take Niles to get out here. What will this cost Niles in expanded police and fire personnel?

I am sure that Niles City Schools are adequate. Living in the Ridge for 25 years, and appreciating the quality education this community supports, I find it hard to settle for adequate.

Where will Niles get it?
1.5% of the income from every homeowner whose land is seized (annexed).
When, the frackers come back, and I fear soon, Niles will also make that percentage of the signing bonuses and royalty checks.
This is a great deal for Niles. Who came up with this scheme?

Your electeds are trying to annex us into your city. This may be good for your city, but what does this mean to the townships your electeds plunder?
Reduced Money for Police, Fire and Rescue.
